There are 6,182 rows of diagnosis data with disease/phenotype name, VeNom code, body system classification (if applicable), and group of animal affected (large animal, small animal, farm animal, equine, exotics).
This data will need curation as some "diagnoses" are actually "phenotypes" and should be added to uPheno.
The non-human animal diseases will be mapped to human disease analogs as appropriate.
This is a self-assigned issue I am opening to add non-human animal diseases from VeNom.
