Should "chromosomal disorder" (MONDO:0019040) be a 'hereditary disease' (MONDO:0003847)?

@pnrobinson and @ahamosh could you please confirm whether "chromosomal disorder" (MONDO:0019040) should be a 'hereditary disease' (MONDO:0003847)? Thank you!

I see that the 'hereditary disease' subclassOf was excluded (I don't know when and why), but I have in my notes (and https://github.com/monarch-initiative/mondo/issues/5539) that 'hereditary disease' includes:

• monogenic/Mendelian disease
• chromosomal disorder
• hereditary syndromic disease

It is hereditary in the sense that chromosomal disorders involve the "stuff of hereditary" but not all chromosomal disorders can be inherited from a parent/transmitted to offspring. However, I think it is useful to define hereditary disorder "loosely" in this way because this is where people would typically look.
