@katiermullen do you agree that these superclasses are correct for this term?

were these superclasses added recently?

@nicolevasilevsky I agree that 'actinobacillosis' occurs in the non-human animal species listed - cattle, horse, swine and sheep.

'peste des petits ruminants' affects small ruminants - sheep and goats. Other ruminants can seroconvert, but the disease mostly occurs in sheep and goats. See for example, PMID: 31038322.

nicolevasilevsky commented 1 year ago

@katiermullen could you please add your ORCID to these superclass assertions?

katiermullen commented 1 year ago

@nicolevasilevsky Can I remove the superclasses 'cattle' and 'swine' for 'peste des petits ruminants' based on my knowledge and PMID: 31038322 that it is mostly a sheep and goat disease and cattle and swine have asymptomatic infections?

sabrinatoro commented 1 year ago

@nicolevasilevsky these superclasses that are not supported might be because we added them and didn't add our orcid. If we remove all subclassOf axioms that are unsupported, can we please ignore the non-human disease for now?

@katiermullen, we can review these together. The problem is not the superclasses themselves, the issue is to make sure that we have a source (and/or an orcid) to indicate that this has been reviewed. I think there are a lot of these from the very beginning of the project, I can find the spreadsheet we have both worked on.

Thank you @sabrinatoro!
