remove COHD xrefs #783

Remove xrefs to COHD

These were used temporarily in the translator project http://cohd.io/about.html

I think this is actually OMOP IDs, but these should be done separately

@nicolevasilevsky This seems like an easy starter. Where do I go to make these changes? It sounds like for this one i would want to edit source data or some transformative code, but not sure where to look.

@joeflack4 you can do this in the mondo-edit.obo file (which is in the src/ontology folder).

I think the only thing that needs to be done is to delete any mention of COHD and the surrounding text, for example: xref: COHD:437894 {source="MONDO:equivalentTo"}

Looks like there are ~1600 of these xrefs in the file.

Note to self - after this is done, we should remove the mention of COHD as a source on the website: https://mondo.monarchinitiative.org/pages/sources/
