Propagation of phenotype to diseases such as pneumonia is CONFUSING #822

Users will interpret pneumonia as the disease pneumonia. However, the page is subsuming phenotypes from all of the subclasses of the Mondo term for Pneumonia, and a lot of them are not associated with garden variety Pneumonia -- this is pretty confusing, and we should not show all of these phenotypes by default.

I wrote something similar here, https://github.com/monarch-initiative/mondo/issues/685 -- I think there are some disease "groups" that are really disease entities. For example cystic fibrosis is still a disease group in monarch land https://beta.monarchinitiative.org/disease/MONDO:0009061

@pnrobinson is this still an issue? these links are to a beta version of Monarch and no longer seem to work. We can discuss this on an upcoming curation call if needed, or I'll close this ticket. Thanks!

There are still tons of errors here, let's discuss on a future call. For instance, enzootic pneumonia of calves is not even a human disease
