Hmm, interesting. I went to the settings page and it wouldn't let me change the visibility to public. I got this message:

Organization members can’t change repo visibility.

It looks like this has to do with our organization's settings: https://docs.github.com/en/organizations/managing-organization-settings/restricting-repository-visibility-changes-in-your-organization

@matentzn I looked at the organization people/teams to see who might be able to change this, and it looks like you may actually have the permissions (I see you are on the "leadership" team). Do you think you could check out the settings page and see if it allows you to do so?
