Based on conversation w/ François & Joanna in 2021/10:

Here's why should use both titles in morbidMap.txt & mimTitles.txt:

if curating by gene, there are still some entries in MIM that are lumped. meaning you have one entry...

Sometimes the diseases get split, and then they work on phenotypic series

As of time of this writing, titles/labels are only being pulled from mimTitles.txt.
