Review SSSOM metadata #52

@joeflack4 excellent job on the sssom file attached to the release. If you can, raise this issue here at our next 1:1 so we can talk a bit about richer metadata.

Aside from some more basics (subject and object categories, mappings set metadata, etc) I would like to include a comment that describes exactly how the mapping set was derived (from which files, with which assumptions). Thank you!

As an outcome of this ticket, we should set Monarch-wide standards for SSSOM metadata.
