Overview

There is a mapping key within the phenotype label that we have not been extracting. Kevin Schaper has linked me to some code that does this (or something similar).

Sub-tasks

[ ] 1. Utilize the mapping key
[ ] 2. Address anything else that might need to still be parsed, including any bugfixes or additions that need to be made. (a subset of #77 should be sufficient)
