HGNC prefixes should be changed #88

[x] 1. The first should use a / not a : according to Mondo practices (http://identifiers.org/hgnc/30225).
[ ] 2. The second should probably be connected with http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/GENO_0000909 and a literal value of the symbol.

Just came across this again. I just completed (1) and pushed a commit. no new release yet. (2) is a little unclear to me still, but this is not a current priority, and should be done in next batch of omim stuff.
