At the moment, the PhenodigmMatcherPerfIT.testBasic() fails. The actual rank is 14, but is expected to have a maxRank of 6 (if I am reading the code right).
Did the data change enough to change the outcome here? Should this be adjusted to accomodate? Can you document in the file what the query was based on (is it a subset from a specific disease id?)
