Re-position the phenogrid FAQs icon #146

Right now it's fixed position, this may cause some confusions and doesn't look good neither. Will position this icon to the right of the main title text. (It can also be positioned to the left relative to the main title, but putting it at the end of the title makes all the icons on the same page more balanced, IMHO)
