Scores inco + options clickable + gradient and logo changes + crosshair fix #160

  1. Added FAQ info icon at upper left corner for text scores
  2. Made options text clickable
  3. Made gradient legend shorter and center it, also re-positioned the logo
  4. Made logo clickable to open monarch website
  5. Fixed crosshairs issue caused by 'display' by adding and removing crosshairs each time.
