html popups and log svg #198

  1. Fixed #148 by putting the individual html files into one json file.
  2. Similar approach to the monarch logo
  3. Updated corresponding README

so now we no longer need the individual html files and external image file, also removed _getResourceURL(), _showDialog(), imagePath and htmlPath

Will update the version number from 1.0.8 to 1.1.0 and update the npm package too once this PR gets merged.

Will also remove the use of imagePath and htmlPath from monarch-app code.
