uberon mapping #301

For several kinds of analysis, we want to have a map between HPO terms and the corrresponding Uberon term. Add a simple class here with a map or bimap.

I think probably the mappings are too specific (e.g. to Morphology rather than Abnormality). Revise accordingly!

I moved this entire section to the downstream app -- let's prototype there and we can move this back to phenol later if we want to
