Our web-based, prototype Phenotype Reconciliation Workbench [72] uses string matching and semantic criteria to identify ontology terms for potential alignment. We will refine this tool to improve usability based on feedback and testing by the community.

This goal will be replaced by a new SOP process which still involves the same techniques, but will not result in yet another UI.

Updates 08/2022 - 07/2023 reporting period

@rays22 has been meeting weekly with member of HP and MP ontologies in particular to work on reconciling across MP and HP
The related documentation should be finished by the end of this reporting period

Phenotype Ontology Editors' Workflow SOP has been created, but it could be better integrated with other uPheno documents.
