Subaim 3.3 is being treated as part of Aim 4. @mellybelly, @pnrobinson, @cgchute, and @putmantime are at the helm for this P1 subaim. @ShahimEssaid, @joeflack4, and @pnrobinson are the ‘hands on keyboards’ FTE for the FHIR related parts.
