Show C2S2 validation results #89

Use c2s2 sanitizer to point out the outstanding issues.

@pnrobinson I am not 100% sure we should include this notebook in the repo, hence the draft status. Pls have a look at the notebook and let me know if I should do anything more regarding the validation. Thank you!

@pnrobinson There are still some outstanding issues with the phenopackets, as pointed out by the C2S2 validator.
