By default, Exomiser writes results with -exomiser.json added. This shouldn't be written to the post-processed results, this allows for better file matching between post-processed results and phenopackets in the analysis. Specifically, post-processed results would be written as phenopacket1-exomiser-pheval_variant_result.tsv but would be better if just named phenopacket1-pheval_variant_result.tsv
