Remove the exomiser_software_directory property from the tool_specific_configuration_options in the runner config.yaml. This field is not required as the contents of the directory is sym-linked by the MakeFile preparation and the set-up of the configuration for a single run can just be altered in the README.md to no longer expect a subdirectory (the exomiser distribution folder)
