Currently when completing a full run with the Exomiser runner, the pheval TSV results are named as {phenopacket_name}-exomiser-pheval_variant_result.tsv. The -exomiser should be removed from this file name so that when it comes to matching phenopackets to the corresponding results file pheval_{variant/gene/disease}_result.tsv can just be stripped from the file name to match
