At the moment, the path of the whitelist variants is written as default to the application.properties. In Exomiser 14 these are included in the db so no need to specify in the application.properties unless providing their own whitelist. Need to add an option to the config.yaml to write out this option instead of default, otherwise an error is thrown with v14
