small bugfix that replaces illegal characters in filenames #13

I had a family for WSF1 that was numbered II:1, IV:5 etc (not uncommon in a pedigree), but the : is of course illegal as a filename character and so the exported phenopackets would be empty files.

added a line that removes illegal characters from the filename
