Additional taxa for cat breeds #165

Asian Leopard Cat VBO:0100029 should belong to NCBITaxon:37029. Note: the Bengal Cat VBO:0100040 is a cross breed between the leopard cat and the domestic cat. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leopard_cat
Serval VBO:0100220 should belong to NCBITaxon:61405. Note the Serval is the foundation stock for the Savannah Cat VBO:0100208. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Savannah_cat

Correcting these classifications will require:

[ ] Adding these new NCBITaxon to the OBO slim.
[ ] Update SC% relationships with correct NCBITaxon for Asian Leopard Cat and Serval.
[ ] Updating VBO documentation to reflect how to add new taxa.
