prototype#2 included in ncbi classification #2

I was unable to add any terms as children of the NCBI terms. Maybe these ncbi terms needed to be added differently (e.g. needed to update imports ?)?

@sabrinatoro what do you mean "unable to add as children" - how did you try to achieve that? Is this parentage asserted in the template?

@matentzn I had 2 robot templates to merge. For whatever reason, the second template (which was the one with the children term) took a few trials. I don't know why (maybe there were too many of them), but it eventually worked.

@matentzn : I take it back. Some children are not being added. I cannot figure out why. For example, all the children of "[Aberdeen-Angus (Cattle)" (UBO:0000090) have not been added. The robot template is : here sheet name: test NCBI ROBOT #3: breed Note that other children on this sheet were added correctly, and this template is very similar (except for the parent ID) to the one I used for the prototype#1. So I cannot think about why it worked for some and not others.
