cc @cthoyt @cmungall this is a bit of a weird case: all VBO classes subclass from NCBITaxon, and there is no one "root" in the ontology we could pinpoint with the IAO:0000700 property. I guess we should expect that some ontologies define roots with this property that nominally belong in another ontology, so we cant use this property to identify the "base-root" (the root class that is also part of the base).

This PR also removes the redundant and unused ODK root node, and adds a description text for VBO.
