log-agent-installer doesn't create sincedb path for logstash under special circumstances #46

The script "configure_log_agent.sh" doesn't create directory "sincedb" for logstash if the config. file "/etc/profile.d/logstash_sincedb_dir.sh" already exists. directory "sincedb" is essential for logstash (store offset information).
