Module versions are forever out of date #22

The last ... many ... updates to several modules in monasca-helm always show the fromVersion of e.g. kafka as being 0.2.0. For some reason we only generate updates when new versions are actually pushed

I've also confirmed that the database version is stuck at 0.2.0 so it isn't some odd template rendering bug or anything like that.
