Command idea - way to validate if a Pokemon gets a Move #31

Rather than have to open an Ultradex page and Ctrl+F or use !dex and scan the moveset, I'm thinking of a command in a format like !validate <Pokemon> <Move> which can just quickly let you know if a Pokemon actually learns a move, might as well tell you via which method too.

Easy enough to do, can use the API, however usage syntax is still open for discussion. Unsure of a good command name
