Cant' receive a call #153

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install red5,asterisk
2. setting environment variable, such as java, apache-ant
3. configure sip.conf at asterisk
4. sip47.zip

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a client can receive call from other client

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
it shows warning at asterisk console :
- No application 'Playback' for extension
- ast_streamfile failed on SIP/10.151.32.26-0182c728 for demo-instruct
