Adding a conversion asset (SMR).

The pull request compares your SMR branch to mondaine's version of the repository (instead of Quintel's version). That explains the "strange" commits you mentioned @Charlottevm. I will close this PR and will open a new one in Quintel's version of the etm-esdl repository.
