Related ideas:

(public) prereleases
tagged prereleases
incrementing build numbers
forwarding tags
discarding outdated tags (only testing, internal, etc)?
easily sharable testing instances
- integration testing potential?
  - integration with github environments?

Figured out changesets pre workflow and updated runbook, so this is shipped!! :tada:
