Upgrade framework from 1.3.0 to 1.8 ? #129

Hello.

Docker image provides framework 1.3 but as last is 1.8, can't install extensions like french language pack.

Could you update the docker image ?

PS : same as #122 but it was clsoed without explanations.

I think stable is v1.3 but latest is v1.8.
