Rename aws-ec2-volume/aws-ec2-snapshot to aws-ebs-volume/aws-ebs-volume #1337

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The aws-ec2-volume and aws-ec2-platform names don't align with what Amazon calls these objects in documentation and the console.

Describe the solution you'd like We should rename these platforms to aws-ebs-volume and aws-ebs-snapshot so they align with the console.

is this just about renaming the platform name or also the resource itself?

The goal is to have fine grained asset scanning of an AWS account return assets with the platform of aws-ebs-volume.
