Hey I am trying to install the hiyacfw & twilightmenu++. Everything goes smoothly until it gets to the cleaning stage and it just stops.

By the cleaning stage the SD should already have all the required files to boot to the custom firmware. If it gets stuck at the cleaning stage means that one of the not needed files was already deleted. In that case an error should be shown in the console (the black) window. Can you please tell me which error you got there?

I’m not around my dsi at the moment. But it was an error on the bottom sceeen telling me to reboot device. The hiyacfw splash screen appeared right before that though.

Seems then that you are using a SD card larger than 2GB. Please configure HiyaCFW to autoboot TWiLightMenu by pressing select while powering your DSi on and enabling the Autoboot title option. Not an issue with the helper, closing ticket.

Ok thanks. Yes I have a 4gb sd card. Thanks for the help. Will do when I am back home with my ds
