This pull request contains :

Upgrade all smart-contracts from 0.4.x to 0.8.10
Replace / Recode / Re-implement deprecated inheritance.
New Smart-contracts features to bring Polygon Pos Bridge to the EURe tokens
New tests
New scripts

Node version required is now the latest.
