Better documentation, examples, grammer, formatting, and add to transfer method #53

Destinations can now optionally be passed in to transfer (and transfer_split) as an array. The old format still works and can be used the same way.

In addition, the documentation and formatting has been improved in general, with several grammatical and whitespace fixes.
