Allows merchant to choose to provide a discount (in terms of percentage) for customers that choose to pay securely with Monero

Perhaps change 'description' => __('Leave this empty if you do not wish to provide a discount for using XMR', 'monero_gateway'), on line 123 to 'description' => __('Want to spread the word about Monero? Offer a little discount! Leave this empty if you do not wish to provide a discount, 'monero_gateway'),
