Better application naming for macOS #1090

As discussed on caskroom/homebrew-cask#43050, I believe the current naming ("monero-wallet-gui.app") is not very consistent with macOS naming.

I suppose "Monero Wallet.app" or "Monero.app" are more like application names I'd expect to see on macOS.

I couldn't find any guidelines regarding application naming on macOS though, so only going by my intuition as a user here.

I vote for Monero Wallet.app, it's how I named the app on OS X.
