Add join monero matrix guide #1962

Ported guide from fourm.monero.space to address issues 1935 and 1890. This is my first guide, and I believed I followed instructions correctly but let me know if there is anything I need to fix

I have updated the guide removing all images except those that relate to adding an alternative host server, as that is the most confusing aspect of setting up an account I believe. The more straight forward steps have either been removed or simplified to make the guide less verbose.
