update roadmap page for 2023 #2205

Some suggestions. Patch dates are when they were available in release binaries - not time of creation/merge.

Thanks for the feedback @hinto-janai, but the roadmap is only for major changes to Monero (and only Monero). What you list are nice improvements, but are not major enough to be listed singularly (see the other entries in the roadmap for what i mean). This pr is the result of a short conversation in the workgroup chat (#monero-site) on what to list for this year, but can be reconsidered. We also decided time ago to not post minor releases in the roadmap.

Last years monero roadmap had a future plans by years, now it is only "future".

Not really. We have been showing "future" for a very long time. That's on purpose, because we cannot plan when some roadmap items will be completed. We only no it will be done in the future.

The roadmap still needs to be updated tho. I'll take care of it.

Anything is better than having nothing on 2023 and 2024 so on. We need to show there is an active development team still perfecting the only "people's currency" in the world.

Deadlines generate hype and hype generates free advertisement.
