my plan is to create a bounty for updating the guerilla toolkit (and quick facts #2226 ) while we have this pr to serve as a placeholder, instead of deleting any mention of it as in #2189

the doc links to http://stampmonero.com/ (offline). stickers seem to be more in fashion atm so replace that section with links to some known sticker sites in the community would be the perfect replacement.

the QR codes section would benefit from linking instead:
