when deleting keys like this, we should only make the change in the english file. weblate then deletes the unused keys (note master branch and subsequent "please squash" request so i can just resubmit this PR if its approved)

also @HardenedSteel s PR may be more suitable (some kind of left/right things going on ive not confirmed) https://github.com/monero-project/monero-site/pull/2297#discussion_r1623290380

replacing with #2321 which adds @HardenedSteels correct deletion method + removes localmoneros block explorer from tools.
