Added discord link to the hangout section.

I added the discord link to the hangout section since it appeared to be missing & in some discussion it was planned to be added but back in 2021 on #1485. The intent here is to increase engagement in the Monero communities since discord is a popular platform & it's basically the only one missing.

I ensured the following:

• Icon was added to spritesheet.
• New button added.
• Link points to the correct discord server & lasts forever.

I use https://github.com/jesseduffield/lazygit; When you're on commits section press s to squash down then force push with P (case sensitive). I don't know for CLI.

Have you actually seen what happens in monero related discord? We dont have the man power to moderate there. The old discord bridge was disabled in some rooms because of the spam, now the owner had to shut it down due to some kyc process for the bridge) Nack from me

@plowsof Yes I'm in the discord and so far it's pretty nice and has only a bit of activity. Yes once in a while there's a spam, but it's not worst then any other platform. Personally I'd be willing to help run a discord server if it helped. As for the bridge, you literally just need a bot that copies stuff over, you can easily skip the kyc process.

Thats what bridgerton was, i dont want discord noise. Neither would i want telegram linked(which is much more popular and has active admins)

Edit* telegram is linked, but not bridged so my opinion is irrelevant for this PR reg that, sorry
