thank you creating this project and submitting a PR. as there are several go-monero libraries (yours appears to be recent) it would require some reviews or at the very least to be used in some projects. For example, MoneroPay has this https://github.com/moneropay/go-monero

leaning toward closing this issue as a new monero-go rpc with no a wiped commit history is suspicious. the moneropay team are open to receiving pull requests
