sunsetting the rpc/daemon guides from site in favour of -docs is ok as they've been brought up to date and surpassed whats here (the flexibility of warnings/notes is also a great feature).
what is the plan for user-guides? they are translated* on site so that is one major advantage.

Some of the user-guides, like i2p and mining, i want to do the same as done here. Changing their links to go to the appropriate pages on docs
