Remove dead onion link #2396

on https://www.getmonero.org/get-started/contributing/ , "How to use Monero on Tails" points to an onion address that is no longer maintained https://xmrguide.org/. Tbh idk how this link was even added on a Clearnet version for this website, PR and this.

We can add archive link instead https://web.archive.org/web/20240203195310/https://xmrguide.org/
