Accordingly to this article, by using that approach Professional or wealthy miners would have no advantage over ordinary users in this regard. Thus, this cryptocurrency could provide employment opportunities. Finally, PoH is less vulnerable to 51% attacks. That also could solve complaints about power wasting.

Who creates the humam solvable puzzles and how do they maintain integrity?

Not to mention how is consensus achieved between so many different participants?

Its a good sign of intelligence for humans without prior security background to remark the functionality of the CAPTCHA , but guess what the captchas R&D has been playing a major role in most of the bug bounty programs for more than 5+ years now , also there is an important misunderstanding in this article , as the bitcoin , eth are centralized by the ISPs and the global hashrate which is dependant on few organizations , you have to do your researches about KYCs , anti money-laundering solutions and an example of regulations and legal cases against crypto exchange platforms such as binance , to have a fair knowledge on whats going on in the crypto currency markets and how it is affecting the global economy.
