My Monero always reports it regularly every small time:no incoming connections - check firewall/routers allow 18080

What kind of internet connection do you use? Does it allow incoming connections on port 18080?

I am in Chinese Mainland and use VPN to connect to the Internet

I confirm that both my router and firewall have port 18080 open
