Wasn't working for me on mmex 1.3.3 due to my language being english-uk.
The javascript doing translations fails with '-' type languages. Quick fix to check for '-' and set language.
Charts now draw.
Also changes to HTML to be HTML5 as checked on https://validator.w3.org
/sqlcontent.sql - exclude tx marked as void or Duplicate
31 ?maybe this is why it's reported as not working as it didn't for me as I couldn't get the files referenced.
changed the scripts libraries to use the latest from http://chartjs.devexpress.com/Download
(dx.viz-web.js, jquery-2.0.3.min.js, jquery.min.js) as the older files are no longer available
